We are a small family-run business based in the heart of Dorset, comprising of two generations, all with the same aim, to train others to equip them with the skills to be able to cope in emergency situations. To give others the knowledge to feel empowered when faced with challenging situations both in the workplace and every day life.

All our trainers are qualified to provide fully certified courses from First Aid Awards (FAA) which are Ofqual and Qualifications Scotland Accreditation regulated. These regulated qualifications sit on the Regulated Qualifications Framework (RQF) and the Scottish Credit and Qualifications Framework (SCQF). The only exceptions to this are our mini-series courses aimed at under 16's which are not accredited, but your children do receive a lovely certificate for attending whilst you have the comfort of knowing they are prepared for all emergencies.
We also work closely with other agencies to assist where needed, these courses are a mixture of FAA and First Aid Industry Body (FAIB) regulated proving that we are able to adapt to varying awarding bodies requirements as the need dictates.

In addition to all this, we are a Protrainings Training Centre where we run numerous classes tailored to you or your business and most of these courses are VTQ regulated and are aimed at vocational training for specific jobs or industries.​
